Christmas Peppermint Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:
- 3cups milk
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1cup heavy cream
- ½ cup of crushed dark chocolate
- 1tsp Rawleigh Peppermint Extract
- Combine cream, milk, and sea salt in a medium saucepan and whisk on medium heat. Be careful to not let the milk scorch the bottom of the pan. Simmer until bubbles form.
- Add crushed dark chocolate and whisk continuously until the chocolate melts.
- Whisk in 1 tsp Rawleigh Peppermint Extract. If you prefer, add more peppermint extract for stronger flavor.
